Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) based in Chula Vista, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients recover and enhance their movement capabilities. Work Environment

Join a collaborative and supportive environment Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will work alongside experienced professionals focused on patient-centered care. Our facility offers the latest tools and resources for rehabilitation, encouraging therapists to provide innovative and evidence-based therapies that meet the unique needs of each patient. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Administer effective and efficient therapies, focusing on improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Maintain a standard patient load of one patient per hour to ensure individualized attention.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to enhance patients' rehabilitation experiences.
• Design and implement customized exercise programs that suit each patient's unique recovery needs.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) software, such as WebPT.
• Engage in active communication with patients, motivating them throughout their treatment journey to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, ensuring continual assessments are conducted to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment by supporting fellow team members and sharing best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals who are recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Many of our patients hold private medical insurance, which allows us to provide personalized and high-quality therapy without the constraints that typically accompany more generalized protocols. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes, active adults, and older patients seeking to regain their mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary issues with your license.
• Sound knowledge and skills in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.
• Proficiency in designing and executing exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with sports medicine and rehabilitation methods will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our patient care objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
