Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients presenting with orthopedic conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to enhance mobility and strength.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and postoperative care to ensure long-term recovery and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to facilitate cohesive patient-centered care, attending regular meetings and case discussions as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves treating outpatients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions such as arthritis or sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist License issued by the State of California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent is preferred.

Preferred Experience
