Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their movement abilities and design individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Manage a consistent patient workload, typically one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives personalized and effective therapy.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens, to facilitate recovery while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Implement comprehensive care strategies to enhance patient motion, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness, documenting progress meticulously to maintain accurate records and foster open communication with patients and team members.
• Deliver evidence-based care, focusing on proven interventions that contribute to significant improvements in patients' quality of life.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, instilling a sense of confidence and empowerment in their recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and patient interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
