Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will operate onsite, providing hands-on patient care and support within a comfortable outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools, including range of motion tests, muscle strength evaluations, and neurological assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and modify comprehensive treatment plans based on patient evaluations, personal goals, and feedback from healthcare providers.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on self-management strategies, home exercise programs, and methods to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide expert consultation to physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress, treatment plans, and necessary modifications to care strategies.
• Supervise and guide support staff in therapy-related tasks, ensuring that all patient care adheres to best practices and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and various neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• A clean licensure record with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While the required experience is targeted at orthopedic rehabilitation, candidates with a background in sports rehabilitation, geriatrics, and pediatric therapy will also be considered favorably. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
