Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest sports medicine technology and rehabilitation tools. Our dedicated team of professionals, which includes two highly skilled physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, fosters an environment of collaboration and compassion. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on delivering comprehensive, individualized care.

Work Environment

This position is predominantly onsite, allowing for a hands-on approach to physical rehabilitation. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere that promotes healing and well-being. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which supports a healthy work-life balance. Your work will primarily revolve around direct patient care in our cutting-edge sports medicine environment, facilitating optimal recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs and establish tailored treatment plans that target their specific goals.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring that each patient receives focused attention and quality care during their sessions.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques that enhance patients' mobility and range of motion, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Reduce patients' reliance on medications through education and non-surgical alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a supportive and positive environment for recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring a cohesive approach to rehabilitation.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the highest possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, adhering to established protocols using EMR software like WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients dealing with orthopedic issues, often stemming from sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain conditions. By working with insurance-covered clients, we aim to ensure that our services remain accessible to a broad range of individuals seeking high-quality rehabilitation. Your role will deeply impact their recovery and overall quality of life, enabling them to return to their daily activities more fully and effectively.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Expertise in designing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions that support recovery.
• Hands-on experience in a high-volume clinic setting is advantageous for managing diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
