Work Environment

This position will be onsite, allowing for direct patient interaction in our well-equipped facility. Our workspace is designed to facilitate collaboration among team members, ensuring an environment that promotes both professional growth and exceptional patient outcomes. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to diagnose and gather information on their physical conditions, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage an efficient caseload, handling approximately one patient per hour, while maintaining an effective workflow that enhances patient care.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that integrate diverse treatment strategies aimed at improving movement and overall function.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery process, encouraging adherence to prescribed treatment and wellness programs.
• Collaborate closely with a team of two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant to optimize patient care and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure maximum results.
• Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of industry advancements and refine methodologies employed in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients experiencing orthopedic conditions ranging from sports injuries to post-surgery rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise programs.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, with experience in WebPT preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, with a track record of developing and implementing successful treatment plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, enhancing patient care through integrated approach.
• Experience motivating and engaging clients in their treatment plans, achieving favorable outcomes through continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
