Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to determine their specific needs and conditions, utilizing evidence-based assessments.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and appropriate modalities to facilitate healing and enhance function.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and tailored home exercise programs to promote ongoing health management.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and plan modifications meticulously, ensuring compliance with health care regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice to continually improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
