Our team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services, primarily focusing on patients with private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at our rehabilitation center, allowing you to collaborate directly with a close-knit team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our supportive work environment fosters teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development. With a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you will find a balanced schedule that promotes both productivity and personal wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs, goals, and treatment objectives in a healthcare setting.
• Efficiently manage a patient caseload, maintaining a standard of one patient per hour to ensure focused and effective care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
• Regularly assess the effects of treatments and adapt care plans accordingly to optimize client progress.
• Document all services and interventions accurately to track patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, consulting with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among patients by developing tailored fitness and wellness programs that improve strength, flexibility, and overall coordination.
• Utilize your skills in manual therapy and exercise program development to offer innovative solutions that minimize the reliance on medications and surgical options.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on orthopedic patients seeking rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions. Our clients range from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults managing chronic pain. We prioritize individualized treatment approaches that cater to the unique needs of each patient, striving to restore their mobility and improve their functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean licensure record with no past board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy methodologies.
• Expertise in creating and implementing exercise regimens tailored to diverse patient backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is favored.
• Knowledge of the latest advancements in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with patients and other healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
