Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to establish personalized care plans that effectively address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring patients receive the necessary time and attention to optimize their recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver a range of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that creatively integrate patients' needs into their therapeutic routines.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from active individuals recovering from sports injuries to seniors recuperating from orthopedic surgeries. You will encounter a diverse patient population, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Our focus is on creating individualized programs that enhance physical function, allowing clients to return to their daily activities and preferred sports with confidence.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• An active and uncompromised Physical Therapist license in the state of California, free from any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a keen understanding of orthopedic outpatient care.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• A commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a clinic setting that emphasizes outpatient rehabilitation.
• Background in treating diverse patient populations, particularly athletes and older adults.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
