Key Responsibilities

In your pivotal role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess movement patterns, strength, and range of motion, identifying specific orthopedic impairments.
• Create personalized rehabilitation plans in close partnership with patients, ensuring their unique health goals and medical histories are addressed.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and other orthopedic interventions to maximize patient recovery.
• Actively educate patients about their conditions and recovery strategies, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to aid their rehabilitation outside of appointments.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes in line with recovery goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide unified care, discussing patient progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.
• Uphold compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, including maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatments.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
