Our mission is to provide personalized and effective rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, primarily covered by private medical insurance. Our team comprises experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all committed to advancing the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health and functional abilities to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, managing a steady flow of patient care, optimizing a designated patient load of approximately one patient per hour.
• Utilize diverse treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens, to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate reporting of treatments provided and outcomes achieved.
• Continuously assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient feedback and observed progress.
• Engage in patient education to promote health literacy, offering strategies that enhance wellness and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating innovative approaches to enhance patient care within our facility.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean record with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing tailored exercise programs for diverse patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings, ideally with a focus on facilitating recovery from injuries and surgeries.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement comprehensive treatment protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
