Saddle Mind Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Chula Vista, California. This role is centered around assisting our patients in their journey to achieve optimal mobility and physical function. Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our outpatient office, collaborating with a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our clinic operates in a supportive and friendly atmosphere that encourages both professional and personal growth. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that enhances job satisfaction and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

The role entails a range of clinical and administrative duties focused on delivering exceptional patient care:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Manage a comprehensive caseload, effectively treating one patient per hour to ensure focused care and timely recovery.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs that leverage diverse treatment modalities and patient-friendly techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens to enhance mobility while minimizing pain and discomfort.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all records are up-to-date and in compliance with health regulations.
• Regularly assess and modify treatment plans based on patient response to therapy to foster optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and preventative measures to enhance their overall health and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care and optimal coordination of services.
• Promote fitness and wellness initiatives aimed at increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination among our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
