Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Employ solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate effective therapy tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each individual.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address clients’ mental health concerns and promote personal growth.

• Guide clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, helping them to understand and navigate their experiences.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and supporting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Your goal will be to empower clients by equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to enhance their quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following fully licensed credentials, allowing for independent practice without supervision: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• No provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions against your professional history.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your work hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
