Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather information regarding clients' mental health history, current challenges, and personal goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, coping strategies, and emotional support tailored to each client's needs, which may include individual counseling sessions.

• Document session outcomes and clients’ progress meticulously to maintain accurate records and assist in treatment planning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clients’ treatment experiences and provide comprehensive care.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions, including maintaining confidentiality and clients’ rights to privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of adult clients who present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds and experiences is key to their successful treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional (LPCC, LCSW, LIMFT, or equivalent) within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and treatment planning, with excellent writing skills for session documentation.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices in clinical settings.

• Strong background in managing and responding effectively to client crises.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
