Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally aware mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' unique backgrounds and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.

• Engage in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competence training sessions to continuously refine skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based practices, especially within multicultural contexts.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy that reflects cultural sensitivity and inclusion.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with a varied clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications utilized in mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
