Work Environment\n

As a remote outpatient therapy provider, you will work from your own home while remaining connected to our vibrant team through technology. Our operational framework promotes flexibility, allowing therapists to balance professional responsibilities with personal obligations. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique needs and to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual, couple, and family settings.

• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a community atmosphere for shared experiences and mutual healing.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and our healthcare team to ensure cohesive and well-rounded patient care.

• Offering immediate crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies.

• Educating clients about their conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with health regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring that patient data is protected.

• Engaging in ongoing case consultations and team meetings to share insights, refine treatment strategies, and enhance professional practices.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, which will enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population encompasses a diverse group of individuals, each presenting unique challenges and circumstances. As a therapist, you will work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to more severe conditions such as bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. Your role is critical in providing tailored support that respects each patient's background and individual journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must hold:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches appropriate for diverse populations.

• Exceptional personal and professional integrity, strong interpersonal communication skills, and sound judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience will be preferred. Experience delivering both individual and group therapy is highly valued, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various therapy methodologies.
