Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand the individual’s mental health history, current concerns, and goals.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility requirements, using secure videoconferencing tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be diverse adult clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues, particularly those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and related disorders. You will work to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space, helping clients navigate their unique journeys towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• High levels of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills necessary to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Previous experience in a hospital or hospice setting is a plus, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
