We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in New York City. Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
\n
• Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
\n
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
\n
• Walking in and greeting candidates upon arrival for in person interviews
\n
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reporting
\n
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)
\n
• Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams
\n
• Performs other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+ preferred)
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are required
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
\n
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
\n
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
\n
• Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
