Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the talent acquisition team with day-to-day recruiting and administrative functions. This individual will help coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain applicant records, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview confirmations, scheduling changes, and next steps.
\n
• Post job openings on career websites and maintain accurate job listings.
\n
• Review incoming applications and assist with resume screening and candidate tracking.
\n
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and recruitment databases.
\n
• Assist with preparing offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and other hiring documentation.
\n
• Support background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment processes as needed.
\n
• Help maintain organized candidate files and ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and up to date.
\n
• Provide administrative support to the HR and talent acquisition teams.
\n
• Assist with recruiting projects, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

\n
• 1–2 years of administrative, recruiting, HR, or coordination experience preferred.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
\n
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
