The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. By leveraging technology, you will conduct virtual sessions that create a safe space for clients to discuss and work through their challenges from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate progress and healing in clients.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other state guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to foster an integrated approach to client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies that enhance care quality and client outcomes.

• Provide education and support for patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients with varying cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Registered (LCSW-R) is essential.
