Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological needs alongside their medical conditions.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that comprehensively address both psychiatric and medical challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals with diverse mental health needs, especially those facing complex challenges due to co-occurring medical conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of how mental health influences physical health and vice versa. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Proven experience in providing mental health services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of integrated care models that align mental and physical health strategies. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
