Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely while collaborating closely with our hospice center team in Amarillo, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of implemented service plans, making necessary adjustments based on children’s progress.

• Provide consistent, supportive communication to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to foster their child's growth and development.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services and advocate for the rights and needs of the children and families served.

• Utilize a coaching model to promote a natural learning environment that is conducive to each child’s developmental needs.

• Develop a trusting rapport with children and families to promote a positive and effective learning atmosphere.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
