Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized support plans that address the individual needs of students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing students and their families to understand their conditions, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Set measurable, tailored goals for each case, and regularly review these goals to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Monitor students' progress through structured sessions, offering guidance and adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Provide information and recommendations during counseling sessions to empower students and foster positive decision-making.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and progress reports to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ needs comprehensively.

• Act as a liaison to connect students and families with community services that can provide additional support and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, academic difficulties, and social adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Texas.

• Proven experience as a social worker, particularly within educational or clinical settings, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
