Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Imperia Counseling, you will engage in a variety of essential activities that directly impact child development and family support:

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each child's needs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that goals are set collaboratively with families.

• Monitor child progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness to family priorities.

• Provide families with guidance and education regarding child development, effectively utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, fostering a safe and supportive environment for children and their families.

• Establish rapport with children and families to create an atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on working with children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities. You will support families through the complexities of early intervention and development, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their child's growth across developmental domains including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
