Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific issues faced by each client and set measurable goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote holistic well-being.

• Advocate for clients, connecting them with community resources, and ensuring they have access to comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. You will address a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients who have co-occurring disorders and those requiring substance abuse treatment.

• Familiarity with current best practices in individual and family therapy.
\n
• Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, including children, families, and couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n
