Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and duration of clients' symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful client progress.

• Provide education and support not just to clients, but also to their families regarding mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Florida.

• Two years of post-licensure experience, with a strong preference for individuals specializing in mood disorders.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Solid grasp of psychopharmacology to facilitate collaboration with psychiatrists effectively.

• Demonstrated history of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
