Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring data-driven and personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, aspirations, and preferences, emphasizing a client-centered approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), facilitating improvements in clients' mental health and coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment modalities, and self-care techniques, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress towards their therapeutic goals; adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
