Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals—to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
