Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns while creating comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated training or extensive experience in the mental health counseling field.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to diverse mental health issues.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and guide clients through their recovery journey.
