As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid license in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effectively establishing rapport and a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient caseload management and handling of administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in private practice settings or those familiar with telehealth services. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth communication platforms will also be advantageous.
