This position offers a fully remote work environment, employing telehealth methods to facilitate sessions in a manner that is effective and convenient for both clients and therapists. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to analyze the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans when required to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals grappling with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is required.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, with a preference for candidates who have specialized expertise in mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
