Escrow Assistant

Pay Rate: $22 - $23 per hour Work Mode: Onsite Summary: Typically found in a branch/office setting providing support to the Escrow department. Assists with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Primarily focused on residential transactions. Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process. Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions. Communicate requirements and other information to clients. Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in an escrow-related role. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Customer service skills. Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of MS Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
