Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans focused on their goals.

• Apply a diverse set of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients gain insights, build resilience, and achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring our commitment to the highest standards of care and professionalism.

• Collaborate consistently with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to exchange insights and tailor care plans comprehensively.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions, staying abreast of best practices and evolving therapies to continually enhance the effectiveness of your interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques, with an adaptable approach to customizing care for individual client journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n
