Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's circumstances to foster personal development and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies to reflect their progress and evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy options, providing virtual support for clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer the convenience of online sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exhibit empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles.

Preferred Experience\n
