Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients' specific needs and goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), measuring their effectiveness and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Engage in educational discussions with clients and their families regarding mood disorders, promoting understanding and self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment integration.
