Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, outlining specific challenges and strengths during initial consultations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to address the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in regular one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hopeful Horizons, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Your understanding of cultural competence will be crucial, as our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of directly related experience in mental health therapy.

• Robust knowledge of mental health conditions, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based interventions to provide high-quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
