Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing consultation for pre-crisis and crisis plans, developing strategies that include behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Timely completion of all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality in client care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices and contribute to the overall success of the program.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in mental health services.

• Serve as a liaison with local agencies, state organizations, and community partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various service systems.

• Engage with the mental health community by attending conferences, training sessions, and representing Heredia Counseling Center at relevant meetings and committees.

• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our programs and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals navigating emotional challenges, those in the process of recovery from substance use, and individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Your role will involve providing not only therapeutic support but also connecting clients with necessary resources and community services that facilitate their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
