Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments, facilitating timely discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize electronic systems for reporting and managing client information, including RMS systems and specific software like PIMSY.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient environment.

• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and mental health reporting systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
