Legal Professional for AI Model Training [Remote]

Provide expert-authored legal documents and analysis to help train next-generation AI systems. This role focuses on contributing original, technically detailed legal materials, such as memos, case analyses, contracts, and policy papers, that include multimodal elements like tables, figures, or charts. No prior AI experience is required, the emphasis is on real-world legal expertise and clear, well-structured work.

• Produce high-quality, professionally structured legal documents in PDF or Word format, containing textual analysis and multimodal elements such as tables, charts, or diagrams.
• Ensure all submitted materials are original, authored by you, and not copied from internet sources or generated synthetically.
• Demonstrate deep legal analysis, effective issue spotting, and technical depth in each submission.
• Provide a mix of document types and lengths, ideally ranging from 10 to 100 pages, reflecting real-world legal practice.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and awareness of privilege for all materials and communications.
• Participate in feedback cycles as needed to clarify content or improve the utility of documents for AI model training.
• Communicate project updates and context clearly via written and verbal correspondence when requested.

• Required skills: legal analysis and issue spotting, strong legal writing, document drafting experience, and confidentiality or privilege awareness.
• Proven experience producing high-quality legal documents such as memos, case briefs, contracts, or policy analyses.
• Experience incorporating tables, diagrams, or other multimodal elements into legal documents.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication for project-related correspondence.

• Practising lawyer, legal researcher, compliance consultant, or other legal professional with hands-on drafting and analysis experience.
• Background in compliance, policy, or specific legal domains, for example intellectual property, regulatory, or corporate law, is an asset.

• Engagement type: Contractor, independent contractor relationship.
• Location: Remote work.
• Deliverables: Original Word or PDF documents, 10 to 100 pages where applicable, with multimodal elements and deep legal analysis.
• Materials must not be sourced from the internet or generated by synthetic tools.
