Bookkeeper

Growing HVAC and fuel delivery company is seeking an experienced, dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Customer billing and payment posting
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Vendor invoices and statements
Payroll assistance
General bookkeeping and recordkeeping
Past-due account follow-up
Month-end accounting support

Qualifications:

Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong Excel and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
HVAC, fuel delivery, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
