Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance. You will be part of an outpatient setting where communication with other professionals is vital for seamless care coordination. The role includes interactions with program participants during regular hours, as well as potential after-hours support through a scheduled on-call system.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough documentation for each participant on the same day to comply with standards for individuals at increased risk of crisis service interactions.

• Submit essential critical incident reports within 24 hours when necessary, ensuring timely responses to impactful situations.
\n
• Be part of an after-hours phone rotation to provide care coordination support and prevent crisis interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with participants to design personalized care plans that proactively address their needs and work to avoid reliance on crisis services.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date crisis alerts in collaboration with county crisis services, facilitating timely intervention when required.
\n
• Support transitions for hospital and inpatient services, coordinating closely with hospital staff to ensure smooth discharges and transitions back to outpatient care.
\n
• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to offer support as the Clinician of the Day, addressing the immediate needs of participants in crisis situations.
\n
• Develop, execute, and document risk assessments and safety plans tailored to individual client circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon or other states as applicable (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate effectively in crisis situations, listen empathetically, and maintain a composed demeanor.

• Proficiency in managing high caseload volumes while delivering quality services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
