Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' backgrounds and emotional states during initial consultations, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that foster growth and healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other modalities to help clients achieve their mental health and relationship goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to create integrated care plans that support clients holistically.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment approaches, and outcomes in alignment with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
