Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing physical therapy in patients' homes. You will work in a variety of home environments, which can vary in terms of space, equipment availability, and patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in their home environment to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, stretching, and hands-on therapy, designed to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document and track patients' progress, responses to treatments, and modifications in treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with flexibility and agility to adapt to varying patient needs.
• No prior physical therapy work experience is required; we welcome recent graduates.

Compensation and Benefits
