Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Clearwater Valley Rehabilitation Center, you will:

• Evaluate, plan, and actively implement individualized treatment programs tailored for patients referred by physicians.
• Administer therapeutic techniques and modalities to clients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, aiming to restore function and enhance mobility.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patients, contributing to our center's overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to develop evidence-based treatment plans that lead to optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus primarily on orthopedic patients, but you will also have the opportunity to treat individuals from varied backgrounds, including pediatric and sports medicine clients. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference for candidates who have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster relationships with patients and their families, as well as colleagues.
