Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate patient needs through comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to improve patients' physical functions, strength, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes according to compliance standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and share insights on best practices.
• Continuously seek to grow and develop your skills by attending workshops and pursuing further education in specialized therapeutic areas.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, focusing primarily on orthopedic cases, but also including pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
