Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual interactions or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring equitable access to support and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• State licensure as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required; Doctoral degrees (PsyD) are also welcome.
