Calm Composure Counseling P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is vital in providing essential support to families and young children, specifically those dealing with developmental delays or disabilities, at our Detox Center located in Greenwich, Connecticut. As an LCSW, you will play a key role in facilitating assessments, developing individualized family service plans, and ultimately enhancing the lives of the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention services.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child’s development, adjusting care strategies as necessary.
\n
• Develop a strong rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Implement strategies based on evidence-based practices, ensuring all interventions are rooted in principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Provide families with resources, skills, and emotional support aimed at enhancing their child's development.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for both staff and clients.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate learning.
\n
• Document all services rendered and outcomes achieved to maintain compliance with required standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers, specifically those exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities. Your involvement will make a direct difference in their early learning experiences, guiding them towards achieving milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills within the critical window of their first three years of life. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention or similar settings.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel intermittently as required for family visits and team meetings.

• Fluency in bilingual communication is highly encouraged.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to ensure optimal collaboration with families and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
