Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that employ solution-focused interventions, ensuring personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique situation.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support client progress and recovery.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is required.
