Well established, West Los Angeles, full-service Mortgage Company, that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, including conventional and government Loan Programs, seeks to fill immediate opening for a full time Escrow Officer Assistant.
** Prospective applicants should have the following minimum qualifications; **
- ** Minimum 1 year experience, working as an Escrow Assistant. **
- Above average competency using the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity and ability to process Loan Documents
- Good understanding and ability to prepare an estimated HUD.
- Above average understanding of how to prepare Settlement Statements.
** Duties are to include the following: **
- Front Desk Management.
- Answer phones.
- General office duties; email/fax communication and follow up with clients and prospects. Scan, photocopy, file and manage various Loan Documents.
- Interface with various Title company staff and messenger services.
- Mail closing documentation to various Escrow Clients.
- Maintain and update various office listings.
** Compensation will be hourly, DOE. **
