We are seeking an Escrow Assistant for a national title insurance company based in Glendale. This is a temporary position ideal for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate brings dedicated experience in resale transactions and hands-on proficiency with the ResWare operating system to provide seamless support across daily escrow operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the escrow team in managing and processing real estate transactions from opening to closing, with a strong focus on resale files.
• Utilize the ResWare platform to set up new orders, input transaction data, track milestones, and manage workflow tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and review escrow documents, closing statements, title commitments, and contract amendments.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and escrow officers to deliver clear, timely updates.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date digital and physical escrow files.
• Perform administrative and pre-closing/post-closing support tasks, including document retrieval, scheduling, and file archiving.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Escrow Assistant with proven expertise in residential resale transactions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using the ResWare operating system.
• Strong familiarity with escrow documentation, closing procedures, and standard real estate terminology.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
